- Step A: Candidate uses the Project Management Complexity evaluation tool to verify that the selected sample project(s) qualify for the target certification level
Step B: Candidate submits IPMA-B Stage 1 Senior Project Manager application or IPMA-C Stage 1 Project Manager application,
along with the appropriate processing fee
- asapm: review for completeness, verify complexity of projects,
forward Stage 2 application package (forms and instructions)
- Candidate: submit Stage 2 application along with the Portfolio of Evidence of performance from a qualifying project, plus the assessment fee
- asapm: review for completeness, assign assessors, schedule interview
- Candidate and asapm assessors: meet for assessment interview
