David HudsonOpening Keynote: David Hudson, AIPM President ; "Delivering the Promise!" David was the chair of the 2011 25th IPMA World Congress, in Brisbane, Australia. In addition to his other roles, he is the Program Manager for ICB4, the IPMA Competence Baseline.

The ICB differs from other PM standards. While it does include a knowledge framework, it is also a roadmap to application of that knowledge in a wide range of project and program manager roles. The result: skill, experience, competence, and initiative results that truly help individuals, organizations, nations and society to Deliver the Promise.
